These terms govern your use of AnswerFuel, an AI call-answering service for home services businesses operated at answerfuel.ai. By creating an account or receiving messages from the service, you agree to them.

The service

AnswerFuel answers phone calls forwarded from your business line, captures caller and job details, and delivers them to you through a dashboard and text-message alerts. Calls answered by the service are recorded and transcribed, with recording disclosed to callers by default.

SMS program terms (AnswerFuel Alerts)

The "AnswerFuel Alerts" text-message program sends lead alerts, verification codes, and service notifications to business owners and staff who create an AnswerFuel account and verify a mobile number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Message frequency varies with your call volume — typically one message per captured lead.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
  • Reply STOP at any time to cancel and receive no further messages (one final confirmation message will be sent).
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact support at support@answerfuel.ai.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information — the answering agent states only facts you configure.
  • Comply with laws that apply to your business communications, including call-recording consent and telemarketing rules in your jurisdiction.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You may not use AnswerFuel for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, to impersonate another business, or to send unsolicited marketing. We may suspend accounts that put message deliverability or other customers at risk.

Disclaimers

AnswerFuel is provided "as is." Captured lead details and estimated job values are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month the claim arose.
