SMS Messaging Policy

AnswerFuel sends SMS messages to business owners and their staff who create an account and verify a mobile number for notifications. This page describes what we send, how consent works, and how to stop.

What we send

  • Lead alerts: a text when our answering service captures a lead or emergency call for your business.
  • Account notifications: setup verification codes, forwarding status, and service notices.

Opt-in

You opt in by creating a AnswerFuel account and entering your mobile number in notification settings, confirmed by a verification text. We never send marketing messages to consumers, and we never buy, sell, or share phone number lists.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your call volume — typically one text per captured lead. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@answerfuel.ai. After you reply STOP we send one final confirmation message and nothing further.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US networks.
