Privacy Policy

AnswerFuel ("we") provides an AI call-answering service for home services businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices available to our customers and to people who call businesses using our service.

Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email, phone number, and business profile details provided by our customers.
  • Call data:when a call is forwarded to a number we provide, we process the caller's phone number, an audio recording, a transcript, and details the caller shares (such as name, callback number, address, and the service need — which may include insurance-claim intentions for restoration calls).
  • Usage and attribution data: product usage metrics and, for new signups, marketing attribution (UTM parameters, referrer).

Call recording

Calls answered by our service are recorded and transcribed. The answering agent discloses recording at the start of each call by default. Recordings exist so the business you called can serve you; they are available only to that business and to us as its service provider.

How we use information

  • To answer calls and deliver captured lead details to the business you called.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • To bill our customers and send service notifications.

We do not sell personal information. Call details captured for a business belong to that business and are never resold or reused for any other purpose.

Retention

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default (businesses may configure a different period), then permanently deleted. When an account is deleted, all its call data is purged.

Service providers

We use vetted infrastructure providers for telephony, voice AI, payments, hosting, and email delivery. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Your choices

  • Customers can export or delete their data by contacting support@answerfuel.ai.
  • Callers may request deletion of their call data by contacting the business they called or us at the address above.
